It’s absolutely treatable (trainable, I guess) with speech therapy. I was thinking at first cul-de-sac resonance because of the muppets comment. People were surprisingly nice about it, given that my school was not the greatest about bullying. He had an incredibly sweet voice, it was just always a bit of a surprise if you didn’t expect it.

If so it’s pretty depressing he’d go through years of trouble. To hide something. I’ve been taught is usually so quick to treat.
