To be fair, most art schools in the US have annual tuition fees that exceed $30 000. It’s a flaw of the system, not necessarily Disney.  Seriously. Although, if you are from the US then consider studying at US schools since you can get some hefty funding. For EU students, a study in the EU, it’s so cheap in comparison. The UK is not part of this, even pre-Brexit since their tuition fees are sort of high (£9250 for UK students). Canada is a good option for UK students if you can get funding. But for an undergraduate study that is hard to find.
