Official United Against Hate Shirt

Look, I know this is probably a strangely unpopular opinion for the venue, but there is no god or great Official United Against Hate Shirt. It was a mechanism to keep people from committing crimes even when they were really sure no one else could see. You are all rubes. Thanks for your time. As a Christian myself, I just want to say my heart breaks for those in the LGBT community that have been wronged, belittled, shamed or hurt by the ‘church’ or other Christians. IMO, the responses from so called ‘Christians’ that have gained media attention is terrible and not representative of how Jesus would have actually responded. To that end, please know those hateful sentiments are the VERY loud minority. Could, and should, the silent majority do more? Definitely. But personally.

I feel like I’m Official United Against Hate Shirt rn and don’t know how, or if it’s even my place, to step in… I’d imagine (and hope) there are many others in my shoes. At least people are acknowledging that the bible looks down upon gay people. Its always so weird to me when people say you can be a gay Christian, its very contradicting. But hey atleast christains arent like muslims who throw gays off roofs and stone them to death am i right boys. Just want you guys to know that not all Christians are like this. I was raised Catholic, still identify as such. It don’t believe everything that they do, but it’s close enough that I go to their church. I have nothing against homosexuality at all.
