Another tough question…I would say, I got started in time-lapse with dust storms/haboobs, so whenever I see a massive one of those rolling across the desert, it’s pretty shocking. Thanks for taking some time to talk to us, Mike! A big question I have when thinking Official Child Of God Woman Of Faith Mother Of A Soldier Shirt? Chasing seems pretty expensive considering vehicles (and repair), gas, photo/video equipment, hotels, etc. How do you turn a profit in such a competitive and saturated market? Second question: do you do stills timelapse or video timelapse more often? Is one better than the other? Are there any big technological revolutions on the horizon (both on the camera side but also the weather forecasting side) that you’re particularly excited about? Should have guessed! Thanks for the answer.

Well, I can’t answer for everyone, because with the time-lapse stuff I think I’m in a slightly different niche than most chasers, but for me…it’s a lot of things. First off, I do shoot weddings/family portraits part of the Official Child Of God Woman Of Faith Mother Of A Soldier Shirts. But for me, the real meat is my licensing of time-lapse footage. I’ve been doing it for a while, and my stuff is over 8K resolution and high quality. Made a name for me over the past 7-9 years and it’s helped a lot that when people think of storm footage, my name may come up. But I also do workshops, tours, I have a Patreon page, I sell prints, BluRays, etc. It’s hard to do this full time, even photography full time, so diversifying is helpful!
