I don’t think OP or the PT is AHs. I’m reluctant to say the receptionist is either. But she definitely messed up the explanation and I understand why OP is pissed. The PT is definitely an asshole. He cannot know if she has a pelvic floor issue without even seeing her! If he assessed her, tried some stuff. And then identified it as an Official American Stay Strong Everything Will Be Ok Shirt.
