I was way too young to see that in theatres. to try to get our faces to go back to semi normal; sat there til the staff asked us to leave and the boys still asked us what happened. Ha. This is Awesome Minimalist Shirt to watch with my kids but haven’t had the courage yet because they’re all very sensitive little souls and I know it will wreck them and me. Although I remember them saying he’s allergic to everything, and even comedically emphasizing the “everything”, I don’t remember it ever being specified that he was allergic to bees. I mean, sure “bees” falls under the umbrella of “everything” but kid risk-assessment and processing skills aren’t great. If he’d never been stung by a bee previously, he wouldn’t know he’d have an allergic reaction (unlike if he did thing he’s allergic to).

For some stupid fucking reason I just watched that scene Bout two hours ago. No I didn’t watch the whole movie, I skipped to that scene just to see if it’s as gut wrenching as I’d remembered.
