I miss the good ol days of playing against Insania, Khezu, Micke, etc but life keeps me busy. PPD put up the prize pool for NEL one season too? The guy clearly cares about NA Dota up and comers. Pretty cool that he gives back as the region’s most successful player. I’ve always wanted to contribute to our regional scene and I feel like a donation in this might be the best impact per dollar. Also, will there be any opportunity for people to enter as individuals and pick up a team that way (old In-house league style) or is it exclusively for established 5 man teams?

This looks like a great idea. Just a question, who is it that is allowed to participate? Of course, top teams, like Premium Rectangle America Shirt have an interest. But what about teams that were in the Na regional qualifiers for TI? Many of those players/teams are not making much if any, money from data, but at the same time are in the top 8 teams in NA. Are they the intended audience? Or you are just going to let anyone who wants to join and then hope for the best? Any NA player who is not contracted to play Dota 2 professionally can compete. I would expect the top unsponsored teams to make up the 8 teams playing in the league. You can search for teams/individuals to help finish your squad. Ok.
