Despite being a ball of anxiety internally, I’m usually the most outwardly easygoing member of my Nice Momlife Oh For Peeps Sake Shirt a giver like you’ve described. A couple of years ago I would have taken pride in being the one my friends came to for EVERYTHING, but that quickly burned me out . And I had to decrease my friend group to the few people who didn’t see me as the mom friend. It kind of bums me out to only have a couple of friends IRL. But it’s better for my mental health. I recently had to set a boundary with one of my sisters for this reason. She only wants me to agree with her, which I can’t always do, so I have backed off in discussing her personal life with her.
